Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information the SendTunes iOS app collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. It also covers an optional web checkout opened from the app. If you use the full web version of SendTunes, see the web Privacy Policy.

For purposes of EU and UK data protection law (the GDPR and the UK GDPR), the data controller is Tuvo Labs Limited Co, an Arizona limited liability company. You can reach us at privacy@sendtunes.app.

1. What we collect

SendTunes is designed to work without an account. We collect only what we need to run the service.

Information you give us. When you generate a song we receive the text you submit (your message or lyrics) and the choices you make (length, genre, mood, vocals, optional title or cover-art prompt). When you contact support we receive whatever information you include in your message.

Identifiers created by the app. Instead of an account, the app creates a random identifier for your installation, stored securely on your device. It lets us deliver your songs and credits without knowing who you are. A related device identifier is used to prevent abuse of free credits.

Information collected automatically. Our servers and security tools see standard request data: IP address, device type, approximate location derived from IP, timestamps, device-integrity and security signals, and the features you used. We also receive limited analytics and advertising-attribution events, including purchase status and value, to understand how the service and our campaigns perform.

Payment and support information. Purchases may be completed through an app marketplace or a hosted payment page. We receive limited transaction details such as the product, amount, currency, purchase status, subscription term, transaction identifier, and, for web checkout, the contact information used for receipts and billing support. When you contact us, we receive the information you include in your message.

What we don't collect. We do not access your contacts, precise GPS location, microphone or camera input, or biometric data. Payment services process card, bank, and wallet credentials; we do not receive full payment credentials.

2. How we use your information

• generate the songs, lyrics, and cover art you ask for;
• track your song credits and subscription status;
• process purchases, renewals, cancellations, and support requests;
• operate, maintain, secure, and improve the app;
• prevent fraud, bot traffic, and free-credit abuse;
• measure advertising performance;
• respond to support requests;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your songs or prompts to train AI models.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to provide the service you request, for our legitimate interests in securing and improving SendTunes, with your consent where required, and to meet applicable obligations.

3. Who we share it with

• Content-generation providers — to process your prompt and song settings and create the content you request.
• Cloud infrastructure and security providers — to host, store, deliver, and protect the service.
• App distribution and payment providers — to process purchases, subscriptions, receipts, fraud checks, and billing support.
• Analytics and advertising measurement providers — to measure app performance and campaign results using limited event and device data.

We may also use or disclose limited information when reasonably necessary to meet applicable obligations, enforce our terms, prevent fraud, or protect rights and safety.

4. Where your songs live

Generated songs are delivered to your device and kept in your local library, under your control. Server-side copies exist temporarily to deliver your song and are routinely deleted. Deleting the app deletes your local library.

5. Retention, security, and processing locations

Usage records tied to your anonymous identifier (credits, purchases, generation counts) are kept for as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because SendTunes doesn't require an account, most requests work through your anonymous identifier — contact us at privacy@sendtunes.app and we'll help. We do not sell personal information for money. Where applicable law gives you a choice about advertising measurement or similar processing, you may make that request using the same email.

7. Children

SendTunes is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the app evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
